Add the link to your RM 'Shortcut Bank'
This applies to users of RM Connect only (including RM CC3 and CC4)
Having created your URL shortcut link, the easiest way to make this available to your clients on the RM network is to place the shortcut onto the Shortcut Bank.
Copy the URL link you made, and paste it into the shared folder called
'Shortcut Bank' or 'RMShortcut Bank' on your server. Typically this is located at
RMDelivery\Group Resources\Shortcut Bank.
