Make sure you have the current version of the CD. See checking for the latest version of ani-MODS.
Licensing, installation
To unlock the full functionality of ani-MODS installed to your computer or network, you will need the Authorisation Code and other details that came with your subscription or update letter. ani-MODS will not run until the licensing code is entered.
Installing on just this computer
- Insert the CD in your CD drive.
- Browse to the setup file called setup or setup.exe, on the CD.
- Double-click this setup file to begin the installation process.
If you have an annual licence for ani-MODS, you are licensed to use all modules. If you have purchased an open-ended licence for individual modules, then please check your licence letter from Careersoft to see which modules you are licensed for. During the installation process you can choose which ani-MODS modules you wish to install.
At the end of the install process you will be asked for your Establishment Name and Authorisation Code to unlock your ani-MODS installation. These details are shown on your licensing letter from Careersoft.
During the install, the installer puts an ani-MODS shortcut on your Desktop and in your Start menu. The installer also puts an ani-MODS Licensing link in your Start menu. You can use this link to update or renew your licence later, if you wish.
