Module x: Licensed but NOT INSTALLED
Issue
This message is displayed on the index page and tutor index page if you have a licence to run that module, but the module is not currently installed to your computer.
Solution
Either install the missing module for which you are licensed but you have not installed yet, or suppress the error messages.
1. To Install The Module
Make a note of the Number of the module(s) that you wish to install.
Run the setup.exe from the ani-MODS CD-ROM.
Choose to Install the Full Version of ani-MODS.
A screen will appear asking if you wish to Modify, Repair or Uninstall ani-MODS, choose Modify, and then click on Next.
From the list of options, click to expand the Individual Modules option and then click on the number of the module that you wish to install. From the menu, choose This feature will be installed on local hard drive.
Repeat this stage for all the modules you wish to install.
Then click on Next until you reach a page asking if you wish to install ani-MODS, then click on Install.
Once the installation is complete, you can re-run ani-MODS to view the modules that you have just installed.
2. To Turn Error Messages Off
Using notepad or a similar text editor, open the file index.htm in the ani-MODS installation folder.
Towards the top of this file is a line which states:
var ShowErrorMessages = "True";
Edit this line to state:
var ShowErrorMessages = "False";
Save the file.
The page will now not display the messages about missing modules.
