Higher Ideas subscribers can use Higher Ideas installed from a CD, or from the internet. Visit Higher Ideas internet if you have your subscription details and want to use Higher Ideas online.
New for 2009/10
- All information has been fully revised and updated for 2009/10
- New careers information. Each career now contains a description of that career, why HE courses are useful for the career, and which study areas could be a route into it
- New application dates for Art & Design courses. The application system for applying for Art & Design courses has changed. Those courses that used to be applied to on a Route A or Route B basis, now have a fixed application date of either January or March. Higher Ideas now contains details of these application dates (click on the i icon next to an Art & Design course).

Higher Ideas add-on allows your students to use Higher Ideas on the Internet from home.
Just two simple steps:
- The student uses Higher Ideas in your establishment, clicks on the ‘Use at home’ icon and notes down a unique ‘top up code’.
- The student uses this ‘top up code’ to create a home user account to access the program over the internet for 90 days.
To extend this time, they simply pick up another ‘top up code’ from Higher Ideas at your establishment.
